I just wanted to write and say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all that you did to make my dream invitations a reality! For months I had been envisioning these beautiful creations, but was not sure if I would be able to actually have them produced. I had searched all over the internet and had talked to several vendors, many of whom seemed overwhelmed by the task at hand.
I will never forget the first time we talked; although it was very early on a weekend morning, you were cheerful and able to answer every single question I had! Rather than sounding daunted by my ideas, you sounded as excited about them and encouraged me to go for it! Then, there was the hurdle of the black and white toile paper that I insisted on incorporating into my invitations. Again, you jumped right in and found a perfect solution. The paper you made turned out great and I hope you will be able to use the print for other, future designs. Even more, you were able to find the oddly-sized inner and outer envelopes that fit my envelopments perfectly and, beyond that, even found ones with a matching liner!
Besides your wonderful design talents, I would also like to comment on your customer service skills. In all my wedding planning, you have surpassed every other vendor in service! You always returned my calls and e-mails very promptly, and you graciously accommodated every request we had, including the last minute changes to our "accommodations" card and sending a second batch of font samples for us to select from.
All and all, the invitations and other paper accessories you made for us are nothing short of perfect! We sent them out last Saturday and I have now recieved over 20 calls and e-mails from friends and family just raving about them. Everyone says they have never seen such a gorgeous invitation and that, having seen the invitation, they are anxiously anticipating our event! That is exactly the reaction I was hoping to evoke!
I would recommend you to anyone seeking beautiful, custom invitations at an affordable price, from a sincere, creative designer who is top-notch in customer service!
