Mount layers respectively. For bulb seal, mount silver screw end on garnet cut-out, then pop-mount with pop-up glue dots or foam mounting tape to layered 2 x 2 backings. Wrap the bandwrap around the closed pocketfold, seal with double-stick tape, and attach seal with double-stick tape to hide seam.
