design notes
Use 3M double sided 1/2 inch tape and ATG gun (available through this website) to mount the pennyite card stock (printed panel) onto the coal card stock backing. Mount the printed photo onto the print panel using double-sided foam tape (this allows for dimension). Double-sided foam tape can be found in art and office supply stores.
